OverviewPellonia can be used to schedule the calling of vulnerable adults. Organisations that wish to provide a service whereby vulnerable adults are regularly called to check on their well being or to simply offer reassurance can use Pellonia to manage such a scheme with ease. Those responsible for making the actual calls can be texted and emailed with all the details they need to make the calls - removing the need for them to access the Pellonia interface itself and reducing IT burden close to zero. How it worksA profile is created for each end-user, meaning the intended recipient of the reassurance calls. This profile might include a rolling schedule determining when the end-user should be called on a weekly basis and one-off days such as birthdays and other special occasions. Details of up to three contacts can be included along with details of the end-user any or all of which can be notified by text and email at such a time the end-user needs their reassurance call. |
