If you have your own monitoring centre it easy to start using Pellonia because we provide access to it securely over the Internet. If your computers are able to access to the Internet there is close to zero setup work for you.
If you outsource your monitoring and control centre operations but would still like to take advantage of Pellonia services we recommend you get your monitoring centre to contact us to discuss how they can become a partner of ours.

Pricing is tiered and depends on the number of end-users you wish to serve, falling to just £2 per month per user for Safety Confirmation and 'pennies' for other features such as reminder services.
We manage the technology and telephony for you and most if not all of your system telephony costs are included in the price.
We can also provide you with big button Safety Confirmation Telephones for you to supply to your customer base. These cost as little as £15 per unit in volume.
