Sometimes you need to deliver an important message to 1,000s of customers - Pellonia makes it easy and inexpensive.

Overview

Pellonia can be used to send a loud pre-recorded telephone message, text or email to your customer base or any subset. For example you could request that all your customers check that vital equipment is working in order to assist with compliance obligations. For organisations with large customer bases this can save hundreds of man days a year. Customers can even be requested to press a key on their telephone keypad to acknowledge their receipt of the message.

How it works

There are a number of ways in which this is used but the simplest method is for you to provide us with a comma separated file (for example a spreadsheet) that contains the telephone numbers of the customers you wish to call or text message with details of the message you would like to use. You have control over the messages. We will deliver those messages for you and provide you with a full report at the end. We can deliver in excess of 100,000 messages in this way per day if necessary.
