Overview

Pellonia makes managing mobile staff easier. It be used to remind mobile workers that they are on duty, confirm they have attended jobs on time and notify management personnel if they have not. It locates staff whereabouts and provide reporting that helps you prove your service standards. Pellonia allows any organisation with mobile workers and lone staff to offer a better level of service and protect the well being of their staff at the same time.

How it works

Work pattern profiles are created for staff specifying the days they are on and off duty and the times by which they should confirm they are at jobs. Staff have a number of options to check-in but typically do so making a short phone call (typically 5 seconds) from their mobile phone. The location of staff can be determined in a number of ways but is typically handled using 'GPRS location' against their mobile phone. Pellonia can locate staff on demand, periodically and each time they check-in to say they are at a job for quality management purposes.
