Super-interoperability as standard - 22nd November 2011All core components of Pellonia are now available as "web services", for example the "I am okay" signalling engine, customer account creation, scheduling manipulation, messaging selections and reporting can be easily interacted with by third party applications. This means there is a consistent and standardised method of interacting with the main Pellonia functions allowing partners and customers to develop their own Safety Confirmation devices and making it straightforward for developers to integrate Pellonia functionality within their own software. Hosted across multiple redundant datacentres and having now handled millions of "I am okay" signals and generated millions of automated reminder calls - Pellonia is the most robust, tried and tested reassurance contact system available on the market today. Ultra-scheduling now officially in test - 22nd Jan 2009Pellonia's already powerful scheduling engine is undergoing a substantial and powerful change allowing the creation of rolling schedules of any length. Customers will be able to define a schedule for any end user of any length for Safety Confirmation, any automated communications or real operator response co-ordination. For example a typical older end-user using Safety Confirmation might use a rolling 1 week schedule against which their deadlines and automated communications are set whilst a mobile worker might use a rolling 8 week schedule. Rolling schedules of any length can now be defined with our ultra-scheduling engine which is now officially in test and expected to be in the platform on the 16th February 2009. |
