Overview

A reminder service is a logical service extension to anyone dealing with any group that needs to remember important tasks. You can remind your customers to attend to important tasks whether it’s several times a day or once a year! Pellonia enables you to remind people with fully automated pre-recorded telephone messages, text messages and emails or can co-ordinate real operator response.

How it works

You create a schedule based on a reoccurring cycle or one-off events as to when and what your customers need reminding about. You can create specific messages for specific events. At the point at which an end-user needs reminding they can be notified with automated telephone calls, text messages or emails or Pellonia can co-ordinate a real operator response.

In addition to co-ordinating a real operator response Pellonia can make a real telephone call to an end-user and play a loud pre-recorded message. More than 20 messages are available as standard and you can record your own. Telephone reminders in this way are much more useful for most older customers who may not regularly use or be responsive to text messaging and probably have more direct impact and therefore work better as a prompting mechanism than a text message.

Automated telephony and text messaging costs met by us

When an automated telephone call or text message is made the cost of that is included as part of our provision of the platform subject to fair usage policy. We also absorb the costs of the telephony lines required to make those calls, SMS text messaging gateways and their management. This saves you time and money.
