OverviewA fusion of our reminder service and safety confirmation, this valuable service requires that your customer checks-in to confirm they have taken their medication. If they do not check-in you can co-ordinate real operator response or initiate automated telephone call or texts to both the end-user and a number of emergency contacts. The customer can optionally be reminded a given number of minutes before their deadline to take their medication using automated telephone calls or text messages. How it worksYou create a schedule based on a reoccurring cycle or one-off events as to when your customers need reminding to take medication. You can setup automated reminders and deadlines by which the medication must be taken. When the customer takes their medication they check-in to confirm they have done so. If they do not check-in an alert condition is raised and Pellonia can co-ordinate a real-operator response or initiate further action which can include notifying a number of emergency contacts. Why our communication options are betterYou can listen to some of the automated phone messages available. In addition to co-ordinating a real operator response Pellonia can make telephone calls to end-users and emergency contacts and play a loud pre-recorded message. More than 20 messages are available as standard and you can record your own. Communication in this way has much more impact that a text message which has little value for many older customers who do not use text messaging. Automated telephony and text messaging costs met by usWhen an automated telephone call or text message is made the cost of that is included as part of our provision of the platform subject to fair usage policy. We also absorb the costs of the telephony lines required to make those calls, SMS text messaging gateways and their management. This saves you time and money. |
